Brikeno (Keno) Fusha

From a young age, Keno was captivated by movement, which led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Bridgewater State University.  However, a significant gap remained in this education: the methods he learned never provided lasting relief from pain.

They failed to approach the body as an integrated system, leaving Keno struggling with recurring discomfort in his ankles, knees, back, and shoulders.

It was after completing his degree that Keno discovered Functional Patterns (FP) - a transformative system that holistically addresses the body.  This approach was much more than a theory: it had a proven track record of relieving chronic pain and affecting substantial structural changes across all age groups.

His professional journey led Keno to Equinox as a personal trainer, where he witnessed firsthand the limitations of conventional training methods.  This realization drew him to work more closely with an HBS practitioner in Boston.

Eventually Keno’s entire client base shifted to FP.  The results went far beyond educational concepts – chronic pain was eliminated, and his clients’ physical structures improved significantly.

Now, as a licensed Functional Patterns practitioner, his approach to problem-solving in fitness has revolutionized his method.  By focusing on the system rather than isolated symptoms, dominant pain relief can be achieved and continual functional muscle gains without the need for traditional stretching.

Brikeno Fusha is a Functional Patterns Verified Practitioner, certified in Human Biomechanics Specialist Level 2, bringing a holistic, effective approach to physical well-being.
